Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Lost Shipments
While we take great care to ensure your order is shipped promptly, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost during transit. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or replacements for lost shipments. Proceed only if you understand the risks involved. Be ready for parcel arrivals at any point of time and always make sure the the credentials are filled in as accurately as possible to minimise any risks during shipment.

Customs Duty
All orders are charged based on the item and shipment value alone and does not include custom duty & charges. Each country will have their own rules and regulations which includes taxable goods being brought into the respective countries. Every purchase is done with an understanding whereby goods shipped might be taxable and the full amount is bearable solely by the customer.
