We'll be as direct and as brief as possible!

Payment?

Payment can be made through the website using PayPal if you choose to pay directly using PayPal but don't worry, you may also pay using your debit/credit card using the same option despite no having a PayPal account. Unfortunately at the moment we do not have a direct link for online banking, however you may choose Bank Deposit to make payment manually and submit the proof of payment directly to our email and WhatsApp number.

Orders? 

Your orders will be prepared within the same day (except for made to order / special request items), and we usually ship them within 1-3 working days. We will notify you if our team is unable to shop our items within the said period due to special circumstances.

Shipping?

Items within Malaysia will be shipped using PosLaju and it would take a day or two to arrive at your doorstep if no issues were to arise. SF Express is used for items shipped internationally as they are one of the fastest in the market at a very reasonable price. However under special circumstances we might be using other couriers if the usual does not seem to be in operations or does not cover certain areas.

Tracking?

Tracking will given once order has been processed even if the item had not yet been posted, we will proceed with shipment within the time frame of 1-3 days. However under certain circumstances, there could also be last minute changes in the tracking number as PosLaju Agents hand PosLaju themselves have different consignment notes and time frame during the day and we might opt for one or the other by which we will notify you in case of changes in the tracking number.

Quality?

We strive our best to provide you with the best of our products. Kindly forgive us for any overseen issues if it were to happen and we will assist you in any way possible to provide you with a replacement for any major defects. On a side note, some of our caftans have markings on the sides, this however is normal as caftans are sewn from the outside unlike other type of clothing whereby markings are usually in the inside. A first wash is recommended to remove any tailor markings.

Returns?

There are strictly no refunds unless on extremely special cases as any order made to CAFTANIST is FINAL.
Any returns need to be received by us within 7 Days after the item has been received or the appeal is voided.
Any exchange must be under the condition that the item is unopened from the original parcel flyer and postage is born by the customer.
Beyond the maximum given date of return, any changes will not be entertained.
